Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website kehbyz.com, all associated subdomains (forum.kehbyz.com, map.kehbyz.com, status.kehbyz.com, forge.kehbyz.com), and the Minecraft server play.kehbyz.com.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (per GDPR).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• Alt accounts used to bypass rewards or bans are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for rule violations without prior notice.

3. Server rules

The conduct rules published at /rules apply on the game server and are a binding part of these terms.

4. Purchases & premium ranks

• All shop purchases are cosmetic / convenience-related and do not constitute a guarantee of server availability or uninterrupted gameplay.
• By purchasing you acknowledge that the service is delivered digitally and immediately, waiving the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356 (5) BGB).
• No refund is owed if access is lost due to a ban.
• Partial refunds in case of permanent server shutdown are not excluded but not guaranteed.

5. Contract formation, language & storage (shop purchases)

• The contract language is English. Should you require legal interpretation, the German Telemedia Act (TMG), Civil Code (BGB) and GDPR apply.
• Before placing an order you can review the items in the cart on the checkout screen and correct your entries.
• The order button is clearly labelled (§ 312j (3) BGB). By clicking it you submit a binding offer to purchase at the stated price.
• After purchase you receive a confirmation email containing the order details (order number, items, price). We do not additionally store the contract text in a way that would let you retrieve it from your account, so please archive the confirmation email yourself.
• Withdrawal: as the digital content (in-game ranks, coins) is delivered immediately on payment, the statutory right of withdrawal expires upon delivery (§ 356 (5) BGB). By starting the checkout flow you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.

6. Player content

• You retain rights to your forum posts, but you grant us the non-exclusive right to display and store them on the platform.
• Content must not be unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or copyright-infringing.
• We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.

7. Liability

This is a private hobby project. No guarantee of availability is given for either the website or the game server. For simple negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties. Liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

8. Closing provisions

• The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
• We may adjust these terms. For material changes we will notify by email or banner.
• If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains unaffected.
